Appointment as a Young Editorial Board Member

Dr. R.M.D.S. Gunarathne from the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering was appointed as a Young Editorial Board Member of Applied Energy Journal from 1^st of October 2022 for two years. As a Young Editorial Board Member, she was assigned to the Quality Control Team of the journal. Applied Energy is a Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed journal published by Elsevier which focuses on the areas of energy conversion and conservation, the optimal use of energy resources, analysis and optimization of energy processes, mitigation of environmental pollutants, and sustainable energy systems.
